AVL MTC is looking for an experienced Engineer/Electrical Engineer in the motion control team for our office in Trollhättan. Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in control design and excellent communication skills are required for both Swedish and English.
This position provides technical engineering skills to the skill team and cross-functional engineering program team activities, with a focus on the motion control (electrical motors + transmission), and the vehicle integration of these technologies. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Sweden on a full-time basis. Employer will not sponsor an applicant for a work visa for this position.
Your responsibilities:
Develop next generation applications for electric drive and hybrid applications
Systems development, application requirement development, implementation and testing
Interfacing customers and suppliers
Plan and manage engineering activities related to projects and products
Team leadership, including project planning and team mentorship
Your profile:
Msc or Phd or similar relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in functions/systems development
Experience from systems development, including requirements, implementation, testing and calibration
Good communication skills, both Swedish and English
5+ years of experience from relevant field
Core competence in electrical motor control and automotive motion control
Valid Swedish B-license
