You are probably a curios person who loves to work in a global environment close to our customers
and loves the opportunity to work in a program team with highly skilled people with different
competences. The variation of topics and actions could vary every day and as a team we tackle all of
them together.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Support Officer to our Global P&W commercial program
team. In this role you will support the day to day commercial operation of the business together with
the Commercial (CM) and Program Managers (PM). You will also interface with internal and external
customers regarding contract requirements, schedules, discrepancies and other contractual matters.

* Participate in the entire quotation process including review of Request for Proposals
(RFQs), check of estimate, compilation of quote letter, and follow-up.
* To support in customer negotiations and implementation including analysis of data and
pricing
* Responsibility for the review process of customer purchase orders. This requires
involving many different functions with key competences, which could include quality,
engineering planning, export control, legal etc.
* Actively participate in the preparation and decision of the program volumes. Making sure
to explain the communicated volumes if there are any questions.
* Handle and administer the sales orders, based on contracts, purchase orders and
customer demand schedules
* Co-ordination of Commercial communication to and from internal and external
customers

Din profil
* BSc degree in business, law, engineering, or other related field
* 3-5 years of relevant business experience
* Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and communication skills
* Passion for team work and curious enough to learn more
* An interest of the Aerospace industry
* Knowledge and experience of the P&W products are highly valuable

We are looking for a Design Team Lead within the department Structues &
Cases
Are you good at leading teams, have an interest in technology and feel ready to take the next step
here at the site in Trollhättan? We are looking for you who have that and who can contribute
knowledge to our product team here at Structures & Cases.
The Structures & Cases department develops new products and manages products in service of the
civil programs. As a Team leader, you have the responsibility to ensure that the design team delivers
according to plans, which you are involved in developing, in order to reach set goals. To make this
possible, you lead a cross-functional design team that supports with their respective skills.
A large part of the work involves communicating with other functions within the company as well as
externally with our customers and suppliers. You will have the opportunity to grow into the role,
expand your skills and develop within our design organization within Structures & Cases.
Job Responsibilities
Among other things following responsibilities and expectations are included:
? Planning, driving and managing the design team to deliver the right quality at the right time
? Break down of requirements on the product in order to achieve a balanced product
regarding technical requirements, producibility and product cost
? Define resource requirements to carry out assignments
? Plan and document verification and certification of the product
? Plan and conduct technical reviews, internally and externally
? Drive design changes, repair proposals and manuals
? Handling of remaining non-conformities from manufacturing
Furthermore, we want you to actively contribute to the department´s objectives, strategy and
continuous improvement work.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for someone who are comfortable leading teams and taking on a lot of individual
responsibility. You should have a genuine interest in people with good social skills and the ability to
create effective networks. You should feel comfortable communicating and presenting plans and
results both internally and externally with our partners, both on a national and global level. You must
feel comfortable communicating with other functions both within the company and externally with
customers and suppliers. Furthermore, that you are able to create a positive atmosphere and acts as

Essential qualifications are:
? That you have an engineering diploma BSc or similar
? At least 5 years of team/project management experience
? The ability to communicate and express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish
and English

Would You like to be part of an excellent quality engineering team, working with our external value
stream (supplier’s) and make sure GKN supply high level quality parts to our customers? We are
looking for you that are organized and have leadership skills and like team-work. It’s recommended
to have a manufacturing engineering background and quality knowledge in aerospace requirements
and standards.

The Supplier Quality Assurance department within procurement has the overall responsibility for our
supplier’s, quality performance including manufacturing qualification and proactive quality
assurance.
Today we are 13 Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) covering more than 100 suppliers and our teams is
great and easy to work with, there are different challenges every day and room to learn and develop
personal skills.
We are located together with purchasing and have close relation to operations and programs; this
gives us a unique position to establish short and correct ways of decisions and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
As a Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible to set quality requirements on purchase orders,
follow up with supplier that all requirements are understood. One important task is to establish
robust manufacturing at suppliers facilities, we use AS standards and they are very similar to
Production Part Approval Process ( PPAP)
When a new part has been produced and ready for review, you as responsible SQE will review and
approve the First Article Inspection (FAI) report. You will be quality responsible for “your suppliers”.

Main Responsibilities:
- Take lead and work internally and with supplier on problem solving (8D) AS13000
- Nonconformance reporting including follow-up of root cause, corrective and preventive
action.
- Work with internal improvement activities and form a follow up tool.
- Administration such as scanning, file in SAP DMS

Din profil
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree within engineering/manufacturing or similar experience.
- Experience from manufacturing engineering/production,
- Target oriented and good communication skills in English, spoken as well as written.

Experience/skills:
- Well organized and structured with strong skills to work independently
- Skilled in IT tools such as SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, and team site
- Target oriented and outgoing with good communications skills
- Knowledge of aerospace products, processes and technologies.

To be successful in the position you need to have a good quality mindset, be well organized, a team
player with a winning mindset. All internal communication is in Swedish language. Must be Swedish
citizen. Work to be done on-site, (work on distance is not possible).
