Job description
The Financial Planning and Analysis function is responsible for developing financial plans, supporting decision making through financial evaluation, reviewing financial results, managing financial risk and ensuring financial control within Engines. Key to this is to enable professional management reporting and analysis of Engines performance through Financial and Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) systems.

As a System Manager you are responsible for TM1 Planning Analytics system and improvements/automations within Finance. The role should also provide partnering to functions within area of responsibility and ensure that the system and interfaces reflect consistent best practice for the processes.

Key responsibilities:
• Act as a business partner to optimise the value the organisation takes from the system
• Support leadership to design processes that embed the tools into the day-to-day operations of the business, engaging all key functions and stakeholders
• Key person in Engines global ESIOP project and implementation
• Design, build and test using Cognos TM1/PA - including dimensions, cubes, input forms, business rules, business process flows, security profiles, transformation and conversion rules, logic scripts
• Process mappings of new processes and build activities
• Responsible/ownership for TM1/Planning Analytics (used in Actual-/Budget- and Forecasting processes) in Trollhättan (local site) and participating in various global initiatives within this field
• Driving automation
• Support Business Intelligence and planning processes/projects within Engines and have a key role in ongoing global processes regarding TM1/PA
• Close cooperation with IT Function


Your profile
• BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, IT or similar
• Finance or equivalent professional experience
• System architect experience within Planning Analytics (IBM TM1 or similar)
• Experience from and understanding of Finance and Business processes
• Excellent data processing and analytical skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Job description
The Product Data Access Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing access to the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data within the organization. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the security, integrity, and proper utilization of the PLM data by maintaining user access rights, permissions, and data confidentiality.

The Product Data Access Manager works closely with the Engineering and Applications teams as well as HR and other stakeholders to ensure access rights are updated dynamically and are correct at any given time.

The role includes activities such as:

• Administer user access rights to information within the PLM system, including granting, changing and removing access as required by the business

• Participate in the development and implementation of access control policies, procedures, and guidelines for the PLM system to maintain data security and privacy

• Monitor user activities, access logs, and system audits to identify and address any unauthorized access or security breaches

• Conduct training sessions, ongoing support and create user guides to educate employees on PLM data access procedures and data protection measures

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to data access and security

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to data access management processes, user access roles, and permissions for audit and compliance purposes.


Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field

• Knowledge and understanding of PLM systems, preferably Siemens Teamcenter

• Familiarity with access control mechanisms, authentication protocols, and data security principles

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Strong attention to detail, structured way of working

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Du kommer att
Som Systemspecialist i gruppen OT & Automation jobbar du i gränslandet mellan IT och elkraft/kontrollanläggning. Du kommer att samverka med våra investeringsprojekt för att styra utformningen av kommunikations- och fjärrkontrollösningar vid nybyggnation av transformatorstationer i Sverige. Du kommer även att delta i arbetet med förvaltning av automationsutrustning i vårt elnät.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
Delta och representera gruppen i investeringsprojekt vid nybyggnation av transformatorstationer, genom att agera kravställare för kommunikations- och fjärrkontrollösning.
Förvaltningsarbete och livscykelhantering för automationsutrustning.
Kravställning och granskning av tekniska lösningar vid upphandlingar mot materialleverantörer.
Samarbeta med utvecklingsavdelningar såväl internt som externt för att utveckla nya tekniska lösningar.
Vidareutveckla vår förvaltningsprocess och samverka med andra avdelningar.

Vi söker dig som
Har eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna på högskoleingenjörsnivå med inriktning mot automation, el/tele, datakommunikation och nätverk, IT/OT. T ex Elektroingenjör, Automationsingenjör, Datateknik eller motsvarande kunskap genom tidigare erfarenhet.
Behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat både i tal och skrift.
Har B-körkort.

Det är meriterande om du
Har kunskap och erfarenhet från arbete med fjärrkontrollterminaler, HMI:er, PLC- programmering, switchar, routrar, nätverk och tillhörande förvaltning.
Grundläggande kunskaper i ellära, elkraftssystem, processautomation, IEC 61850, IP-baserade kommunikationslösningar eller projektledning.

Join our small team specifically designed to create new solutions and work with us on our access management for PLM data. Help us design a reliable, state-of-the-art solution, roll it out as a part of our new PLM environment and keep on improving it in the future. This role is for someone who loves to be part of something new, has an eye for detail and a love for accuracy.

Job description
The Product Data Access Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing access to the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data within the organization. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the security, integrity, and proper utilization of the PLM data by maintaining user access rights, permissions, and data confidentiality.

The Product Data Access Manager works closely with the Engineering and Applications teams as well as HR and other stakeholders to ensure access rights are updated dynamically and are correct at any given time.

The role includes activities such as:

• Administer user access rights to information within the PLM system, including granting, changing and removing access as required by the business

• Participate in the development and implementation of access control policies, procedures, and guidelines for the PLM system to maintain data security and privacy

• Monitor user activities, access logs, and system audits to identify and address any unauthorized access or security breaches

• Conduct training sessions, ongoing support and create user guides to educate employees on PLM data access procedures and data protection measures

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to data access and security

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to data access management processes, user access roles, and permissions for audit and compliance purposes.


Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field

• Knowledge and understanding of PLM systems, preferably Siemens Teamcenter

• Familiarity with access control mechanisms, authentication protocols, and data security principles

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Strong attention to detail, structured way of working

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) is a plus

• Relevant certifications in IT security or access management (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable.

Vill du vara med från start när Hellma Materials Sweden AB startar upp sin produktion i Trollhättan då har du chansen nu! Vi söker nu efter dig som har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att jobba med system inom virtualisering VM Ware och visualisering iFix Scada i en industriell miljö. Här får du chansen att vara en del av den grupp som skall utgöra stommen i denna satsning.
I rollen som systemansvarig kommer du att få jobba med och ansvara för en bred palett av arbetsuppgifter. Tillsamman med det övriga teamet som nu tar form kommer du att få vara med på en utvecklande och spännande resa.

Några exempel på dina arbetsuppgifter är.
• Stöd och vidareutveckling av våra system.
• Installation, administration.
• Stöd och utbildning internt.
• Analys och optimering av resultat.

Din profil
• Du trivs och är van att jobba självständigt.
• Du har erfarenhet av VM-Ware samt IFix Scada.
• Goda kunskaper i Engelska i tal och skrift , Tyska är meriterande.
