Description
As a Motion Graphics Artist specializing in creating captivating light experiences both inside and outside of the vehicle, you'll collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers to pioneer concepts
that utilize the car’s screens, displays, and lamps to their fullest potential.

Your primary responsibility is to work in early phases, crafting cutting-edge visuals, spanning 2D/3D graphics and animations, that strengthen in the area of light design. From ideation to execution, you'll bring your concepts to life. In project’s later phases, you will work closely with suppliers to seamlessly integrate your designs into our products.

Tasks
Given the technical and legal complexities inherent in automotive light experiences, a strong technical aptitude and interest in understanding these intricacies is essential to excel in this role. You'll serve as the liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coherence throughout the development process.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience within the field
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative 2D-3D work, post-production work, Vfx, and
outstanding visual aesthetics.
• Ability to art direct.
• Technical aptitude and interest
• Expert knowledge in the Adobe suite, Blender and After effect + Plugins
• Ability to work in fast iterations inside a team
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Driver’s License

Description
This is a new Delmia expert role on one of our small but mighty product teams.

The project is ong term & 100% onsite work commitment is required at Trollhättan-Sweden location. The start date is asap.

Tasks
- Complete loops of virtual build to validate product and process as design matures.
- Part analysis of all new parts within Tool kick-off /release window.
- Creation and maintenance of build sequence within Delmia based on process documentation.
- Generation and validation of product based on configured BoM for the complete vehicle within Delmia.
- For each process, completion of virtual build checklist against part number in assembly context.
- Validation of the product and project-specific manufacturing assembly sequence within Delmia.
- Maintenance of all reports and KPI charts relevant to virtual analysis.
- Close working with Feasibility and DFM engineers.
- Work with Client teams to support the resolution of issues identified through virtual build.
- Delivery of regular virtual build reviews with client teams.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants should have 7-12 years' experience, and possess a B.E./BTech./M.E./M Tech. in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering.

- Expert knowledge of Dassault Systems software suite specifically DELMIA V5-6, Technomatix and the Dassault Systems 3DExperience platform
- Understanding of the PUC used to transfer data between ENOVIA LCA and DELMIA
- Knowledge of Automotive Interior/Exteriors/BIW design and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of vehicle packaging-DMU

Description & Tasks
The Dimensional Engineer will develop, define, document, and communicate commodity dimensional requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Develop, validate and incorporate total vehicle Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements.
- Develop, validate and maintain Dimensional Technical Specification (DTS) packages, including gap, flush and tolerance requirements.
- Responsible for correct slip planes development are included in design early enough to allow for parts to build quality assemblies, in same time allow for part variation and manufacturing capability not to become a big contributor and affect quality of assembly.
- Create dimensional studies in 2D and 3D virtual models for all commodities in order to simulate assembly process and predict main sources of variation of the system.
- Based on that drive recommendations to reduce variation and balance requirements from top down & bottom up build.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing best practices, automotive best practice for specific commodity developments. Active participant in packaging development and continuous improvement task.
- Lead the design development and approve checking fixtures concept for suppliers. Approve checking fixtures and master buck for assembly plant.
- Assist manufacturing with assembly line layouts development by providing critical dimensional input such as datums coordination between different stations of assembly.
- Track and report on all program dimensional specification requirements and progress towards 100% compliance.
- Define preliminary dimensional control plan including datum’s, drawing requirements and measurement point routine for KPC’s part quality assessment.
- Concept to launch program execution, with an emphasis Dimensional Engineering experience.
- Responsible for assuring optimization from part design, dimensional control to meet functional and assembly requirements and cost
- Dimensional Engineering software capabilities; 3DCS and CM4D conditions. Metrics illustrating program health status for the PQ attributes.

Qualifications
- Bachelors’ in Engineering (i.e. Quality Engineering, Dimensional Management)
- Minimum 5-7 year experience in dimensional management in automotive environment and quality field.
- CAD and PDM capabilities, specifically CATIA V5, SmarTeam
- ASME Y 14.5 standard experience and preferably professional certification.
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised within the local team and interfacing across business functions
- Statistical analysis, problem solving & root-cause analysis experience
- Experience of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) would be an advantage

Description
This is a new design engineering role on one of our small but mighty product teams.

The project is long term & 100% onsite work commitment is required at Trollhätan location.The Mechanical Engineer is expected to use machine design and analytical skills to conceptualize, develop, and verify new mechanical designs.

They are responsible for major components from concept, design, verification, and product launch. They provide technical leadership, particularly in tooled parts, and inspire and guide and guide the team to successful product launches.

Tasks
- Design components and produce mechanical drawings in a regulated environment for volume manufacturing processes. Must include cast metal, injection molded plastic, sheet metal stamped, etc.
- Author concept and design documentation for quality and regulatory audience in a design controlled environment
- Perform various types of detailed engineering analyses (tolerance stack, process simulation, structural FEA) to ensure fit/form/function of complex tooled parts
- Take responsibility for devising tooled part design strategy and drive projects to completion with passion and high energy
- Play a leading role in designing and mentoring on tooled parts that meet design and process capability goals.

Qualifications
- Solid Understanding with a few (or all) of the following manufacturing processes: CNC milling, die casting, injection molding, stamping, extrusion, and assembly.
- Strong aptitude for part / tooling design using some of the following processes: vacuum casting (V-process), tilt pour casting, plastic injection molding, sand casting, die casting, stampings, forgings, investment casting etc.
- Demonstrated aptitude to improve tooled part yield issues
- Strong experience in CATIA V5
