Description
As a Motion Graphics Artist specializing in creating captivating light experiences both inside and outside of the vehicle, you'll collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers to pioneer concepts
that utilize the car’s screens, displays, and lamps to their fullest potential.

Your primary responsibility is to work in early phases, crafting cutting-edge visuals, spanning 2D/3D graphics and animations, that strengthen in the area of light design. From ideation to execution, you'll bring your concepts to life. In project’s later phases, you will work closely with suppliers to seamlessly integrate your designs into our products.

Tasks
Given the technical and legal complexities inherent in automotive light experiences, a strong technical aptitude and interest in understanding these intricacies is essential to excel in this role. You'll serve as the liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coherence throughout the development process.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience within the field
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative 2D-3D work, post-production work, Vfx, and

Tasks

This is a new Delmia expert role on one of our small but mighty product teams.

Tasks
- Complete loops of virtual build to validate product and process as design matures.
- Part analysis of all new parts within Tool kick-off /release window.
- Creation and maintenance of build sequence within Delmia based on process documentation.
- Generation and validation of product based on configured BoM for the complete vehicle within Delmia.

As a Vehicle Integration Engineer, you will join Trollhättan team to support our activities within 

The Vehicle Integration Engineer works with international, multifunctional teams such as styling, performance, and product development to create vehicle level packaging solutions.

Tasks
The role performs vehicle level packaging integrations such as general arrangement, typical sections check, packaging zone and limit models, benchmarking competitor’s vehicle packaging and engineering sections to ensure the best engineering packaging solutions are applied to new vehicle programs.

The position develops, refines, and finalizes criteria and typical sections and performs appropriate component and vehicle compartment level studies/alternatives, recommending direction based on cost, mass, timing, design for assembly, variation and other program imperatives. Additionally, the Vehicle Packaging/Integration Engineer benchmarks industry vehicle packaging solutions and typical sections and participates in design reviews on a regular basis.

Qualifications
Experience: 
• 15+ years of overall experience in vehicle integration
• Great knowledge of architecture layout and specific engine bay layout (ICE, HEV, PHEV, BEV,
REEV) incl systems as chassis, powertrain, electrical HV/LV, climate & thermal.
• Great knowledge of attribute requirements specific in engine bay area (i.e., frontal crash
behaviour, air/heat flow, wading)
• Great understanding of engine movement and chassis movements, skills to perform packaging
work on moving components (flexible and solids)
• Good understanding in assembly processes (understanding of MP is a must for a
concept/packaging engineer in engine bay area)
• Good understanding complete vehicle layout and complete vehicle requirements 
• Ability to drive and secure feasible layouts to enable successful releases/gates.
• Technical input development and delivery
• Understanding of attribute and legal requirements on complete vehicle level
• Understanding of main dimensions used in CV spec and related technical input
• Understanding of a chassis height list and how to convert it to ground planes (CURB 0, CURB+2

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Qualifications
- Bachelors’ in Engineering (i.e. Quality Engineering, Dimensional Management)
- Minimum 5-7 year experience in dimensional management in automotive environment and quality field.
- CAD and PDM capabilities, specifically CATIA V5, SmarTeam
- ASME Y 14.5 standard experience and preferably professional certification.
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised within the local team and interfacing across business functions
- Statistical analysis, problem solving & root-cause analysis experience
- Experience of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) would be an advantage

The project is long term & 100% onsite work commitment is required at Trollhätan location.The Mechanical Engineer is expected to use machine design and analytical skills to conceptualize, develop, and verify new mechanical designs.

They are responsible for major components from concept, design, verification, and product launch. They provide technical leadership, particularly in tooled parts, and inspire and guide and guide the team to successful product launches.

Tasks
- Design components and produce mechanical drawings in a regulated environment for volume manufacturing processes. Must include cast metal, injection molded plastic, sheet metal stamped, etc.
- Author concept and design documentation for quality and regulatory audience in a design controlled environment
- Perform various types of detailed engineering analyses (tolerance stack, process simulation, structural FEA) to ensure fit/form/function of complex tooled parts
- Take responsibility for devising tooled part design strategy and drive projects to completion with passion and high energy
- Play a leading role in designing and mentoring on tooled parts that meet design and process capability goals.

Qualifications
- Solid Understanding with a few (or all) of the following manufacturing processes: CNC milling, die casting, injection molding, stamping, extrusion, and assembly.
- Strong aptitude for part / tooling design using some of the following processes: vacuum casting (V-process), tilt pour casting, plastic injection molding, sand casting, die casting, stampings, forgings, investment casting etc.
- Demonstrated aptitude to improve tooled part yield issues
- Strong experience in CATIA V5

- Bachelors’ in Engineering (i.e. Quality Engineering, Dimensional Management)
- Minimum 5-7 year experience in dimensional management in automotive environment and quality field.
- CAD and PDM capabilities, specifically CATIA V5, SmarTeam
- ASME Y 14.5 standard experience and preferably professional certification.
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised within the local team and interfacing across business functions
- Statistical analysis, problem solving & root-cause analysis experience
- Experience of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) would be an advantage

Description
This is a new Delmia expert role on one of our small but mighty product teams.

The project is ong term & 100% onsite work commitment is required at Trollhättan-Sweden location. The start date is asap.

Tasks
- Complete loops of virtual build to validate product and process as design matures.
- Part analysis of all new parts within Tool kick-off /release window.
- Creation and maintenance of build sequence within Delmia based on process documentation.
- Generation and validation of product based on configured BoM for the complete vehicle within Delmia.
- For each process, completion of virtual build checklist against part number in assembly context.
- Validation of the product and project-specific manufacturing assembly sequence within Delmia.
- Maintenance of all reports and KPI charts relevant to virtual analysis.
- Close working with Feasibility and DFM engineers.
- Work with Client teams to support the resolution of issues identified through virtual build.
- Delivery of regular virtual build reviews with client teams.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants should have 7-12 years' experience, and possess a B.E./BTech./M.E./M Tech. in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering.

- Expert knowledge of Dassault Systems software suite specifically DELMIA V5-6, Technomatix and the Dassault Systems 3DExperience platform
- Understanding of the PUC used to transfer data between ENOVIA LCA and DELMIA
- Knowledge of Automotive Interior/Exteriors/BIW design and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of vehicle packaging-DMU

This is a new design engineering role on one of our small but mighty product teams.

The project is long term & 100% onsite work commitment is required at Trollhätan location.The Mechanical Engineer is expected to use machine design and analytical skills to conceptualize, develop, and verify new mechanical designs.

They are responsible for major components from concept, design, verification, and product launch. They provide technical leadership, particularly in tooled parts, and inspire and guide and guide the team to successful product launches.

- Design components and produce mechanical drawings in a regulated environment for volume manufacturing processes. Must include cast metal, injection molded plastic, sheet metal stamped, etc.
- Author concept and design documentation for quality and regulatory audience in a design controlled environment
- Perform various types of detailed engineering analyses (tolerance stack, process simulation, structural FEA) to ensure fit/form/function of complex tooled parts
- Take responsibility for devising tooled part design strategy and drive projects to completion with passion and high energy
- Play a leading role in designing and mentoring on tooled parts that meet design and process capability goals.

Qualifications
- Solid Understanding with a few (or all) of the following manufacturing processes: CNC milling, die casting, injection molding, stamping, extrusion, and assembly.
- Strong aptitude for part / tooling design using some of the following processes: vacuum casting (V-process), tilt pour casting, plastic injection molding, sand casting, die casting, stampings, forgings, investment casting etc.
- Demonstrated aptitude to improve tooled part yield issues
- Strong experience in CATIA V5
