UX/Service Designer

At NEVS we are now searching for additional UX/Service Designers to our Mobility Solutions Design team, that will join us on our journey towards creating the e-mobility services of the future. 

About the position

As a UX/Service Designer in the Mobility Solutions Design team you will, together with the rest of the team, be responsible for designing and wireframing the digital interfaces towards our customers. Our omni-channel interfaces include webpages, in-vehicle screen information, interfaces for back-end operators, interfaces for corporate travels, as well as user apps.

As a member of the team, you will have the possibility to be involved in all aspects of the service design ranging from business case aspects to the design of the customer interfaces.

About you:

In addition to being a great team player, you have successfully completed at minimum a Bachelor's degree with a major in UX/Service design, human-computer interaction, or have equivalent experience. You also have at least 2 years of previous experience from working in similar or equivalent roles within international technology/innovation-intensive environments.

- Experience in leading and performing user research throughout the product development
- Experience in digital product design, and an interest in staying up to date with current and future market trends
- Experience from cross-functional work between multiple technology domains
- Proficient in using a digital design system, such as Figma or equivalent
- Experience with the agile way of working
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English

The following will be seen as merit:

o Experience from complete Service Design, including the business side

o Previous experience working with graphical content

o Experience from working with a graphical tool suite, such as Adobe

o Experience with mobile app development and webpage design

o Experience with SAFe

o Swedish language skills are a plus

As a part of the team you will also work closely with:

- The software development teams
- The business and marketing team
- Subject matter experts in all areas of the company, primarily, but not exclusively engineering teams such as interior, ergonomics and vehicle design

We are now looking for a UX Designer to our Mobility Solution Design team
In this role you will be working in a team that is responsible for the user experience/interface for our digital products within the field of PONS Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem*.

Your main responsibility will be to create a seamless omni channel User experience (UX) of the PONS service by designing all the touchpoints our service will have with the user throughout the Customer Journey. You will work in an agile environment with team-members having a clear focus on the user experience, but also with other design departments as the overall experience for the complete PONS Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem * needs to be coherent. We hope that you value being part of a team where the complete customer experience for the mobility services is in focus, as well as short iteration loops and a quick decision process. 

*Pons Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem = A self-driving vehicle fleet operating within a city, being smart and proactive with the aim to offer excellent, on-demand, sustainable mobility services to its citizens.

The role involves:

- Development and design of the user experience towards our digital products
- Participating and performing user tests throughout product development
- Contribute to the team responsible for defining HMI and UI prerequisites and requirements. That includes defining HMI and UI on both vehicle, app and fleet management

 We are looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor degree with a major in UX design, human- computer interaction or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a similar or equivalent role within an international technology/innovation intensive environment
- 3-5 years experience from user centric design for consumer products and/or services

To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Interest in digital product design, where you like to be well informed and up to date with the current and future trends
- Focused and inspirational, with good communication skills both internally and externally
- Proficient in using a digital design system such as Figma or equivalent
- Result and solution driven
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Swedish language skills are a plus
