As part of the Chapter SW/Control System Test & Simulation, you will work in a team with software development and test engineers that together develop software, develop requirement and scenario-based test cases, build test automation framework including simulation environment to test the Autonomous Drive and Connectivity functionality.

- Develop strategies for how to test autonomous drive and connectivity functionality
- Identifying and generating test scenarios and develop test cases

- Execute test cases, analyze results, and write test reports and issue reports

Your team
The Physical E/E Architecture Chapter is one of five competence teams inside the E/E Hardware Engineering Tribe. The overall responsibility of the Tribe is to secure NEVS present and future need for Hardware Competence & Technology, while building a great place to work. The responsibilities of this Tribe also contain the areas of EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems), Electronics, Electrical Energy Storage and Mechanical development for E/E.

We work in a lean, agile organization where people with certain competences are either members of teams, and/or act in a supporting role to these teams. To be successful you need to have an open mind, be solution oriented, a team player and able to adapt to change.

 

What you will do
As a CPO E/E & SW Integration engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining NEVS system riggs and integration riggs, and thus ensuring that NEVS products will meet the standards required by NEVS customers. The role includes actively supporting the respectively teams that are engaged in the system and integration testing. You will be responsible for align the test activities between different test environments. Such as test planning, roadmaps of development as it matures regarding functional content and the system view on the test environments. To make this happen you will lead a team with different test engineers.  

You will also:
- Lead NEVS internal test planning and review test results.
- Lead test activities at vehicle, system, and components level.
- Support Engineers across the NEVS organization in applying your test activity planning.
- Support problem Root-causing and Resolution from technical perspective
- Evaluate the feasibility of development plans, technical proposals, and product offerings.

 

Who you are
- Successfully completed master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics
- Engineering experience from working in the automotive networks field minimum 5 years
- Experience from (Automotive) Test activity and planning of several test riggs.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills and team player characteristics.
- Flexibility in your way of working.
- Analytic mindset and a good understanding of “the bigger picture”.
- Curiosity and a positive attitude.

As part of the Chapter SW/Control System Test & Simulation, you will work in a team with simulation engineers that together perform different type of simulations of traffic, functions, performance, and systems in autonomous vehicles as well as develop software test environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and investigate new type of simulations, techniques, and tools to use for large scale traffic simulations, operations research, and optimization
- Work with networks(maps) data for network intelligence, error detections, routing studies
- Develop and improve traffic simulation environment to support for business analyses as well as to test mobility services and vehicle software including autonomous drive
- Continuously evolve sandbox tools to perform data-oriented studies for optimizing usage of autonomous vehicles for mobility services
- Analyze simulation & test results, write reports and report issues/deviations
- Develop and improve work processes for development, verification and validation of simulation tools, environments, and models

We are now looking for Software Developers for our thermal management system

 

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of the team that develops the thermal management software, which includes thermal management of the compartment climate, high voltage battery and electrical powertrain of our coming vehicle Sango for shared mobility.

The work includes defining software architecture, software design/implementation as well as working with the build system and the way-of-working to have a well-functioning and robust software product.

The implementation is done in C++ using a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and targeting a Linux platform.

The work will be done in tight cooperation with System Engineers from other departments within NEVS as well as global partners and suppliers. You will have great possibilities to work close to the mechatronic environment and do some testing in the climate wind tunnel. All with the focus to combine the highest levels of quality and performance.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop software architecture and software design for the thermal control software.
- Implement thermal control software and perform unit testing in a continuous delivery pipeline.
- Evolve the development environment as well as improving way-of-working.
- Support the development of vehicle level requirements.
- Define and maintain requirements for thermal software.
- Mentoring of colleagues.        

 

WHO YOU ARE
- Several years of experience from developing software in C++ and preferably CMake.
- Experience of developing control software preferable for a Linux platform.
- If you have domain knowledge of thermal systems, it’s a plus.
- Experience with using MATLAB/Simulink is a plus.
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree.
- Ability to share expertise to colleagues.
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Yocto build system, Jenkins, Continuous Delivery Pipeline and AWS is a plus.

The CPO Function plays a central role in the development of our solution and has a large network with Solution Management, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and others. As CPO you will have the following responsibilities:

- Establish, manage and maintain Bill Of Functions (BoF) incl. high level function description for the complete solution.
- Establish, manage, and maintain Function Implementation Plan (FIP) including functional capability.
- Ensure that function ownership is allocated to POs.
- Function status reports.
- Accountable for BoF balancing.
- Actively contribute to WoW within the Function area incl. role descriptions, workflows, forums.
- Lead “Function Decision and change board” meeting Evaluate feasibility of new proposals and products.
- Support the Solution Management in defining capabilities and enablers.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure progress in the functional development.

- BSc or MSc preferably in SW area.
- Long experience in the competence area of Logical and EE architecture.

Are you our new colleague?

In addition to being a great team player, you have successfully completed at least a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. We also believe that you have several years of experience in similar or equivalent roles within international technology/innovation intensive environments.

- Several years of experience in Interior Trim and Acoustic engineering - o Development, integration, and validation of respective components and system hardware


- Experience in vehicle NVH performance and sustainable trim materials
- Experience in working together with CAE team interpreting and using analysis results to optimize the NVH performance
- Knowledge about tooling and process techniques of Floor trim and Acoustic components
- Knowledge and experience in vehicle development processes
- Inspirational individual with good communication skills both internally and externally.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Swedish language skills are a big plus.

You will among other things be working with:

- Developing, maintaining, evaluating, and managing all the requirements towards and from the Floor Trim and Acoustics, such as: Attribute, System and Component requirements
- Guiding the Design Engineers in the development of the components
- Establishing concept studies/selections on system and component level.
- Leading technical communication with suppliers 
- Developing system´s/components design from concept phase to industrialization and implementation in production

As part of the Chapter Software Architecture, you will work in a team with architects and systems engineers that together define how the vehicle functionality shall be designed to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

You will work as Functional Safety specialist in a team who are responsible for the system design. Depending on your background and interest, you will focus on one or several functional areas as e.g., Vehicle Motion, High Voltage Energy, AD/ADAS.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Being the Functional Safety specialist in the cross-functional team
- Contributing to development of functional safety products in alignment with ISO26262 parts 3 and 4
- Supporting implementation teams with functional safety products in parts 5 and 6
- Actively participating in the system design work for selected functional area(s)
- Performing design analysis such as FMEA, FTA etc.
- Support and contribute to the overall vehicle safety
- Contributing to continuous improvement of ways-of-working 

 

 WHO YOU ARE

- Passionate about Functional Safety in accordance with ISO26262
- Experience from working with functional safety at an OEM
- Has a deep understanding of ISO 26262 parts 3 and 4
- Knowledgeable in ISO 26262 parts 5 and 6
- Knowledgeable in SOTIF is a plus
- Experience of system development with functional safety considerations
- Experience from software intense systems
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Accustomed to write and speak in English

As part of the application manager team at NEVS IT department, you will work cross-company with strategic, tactical and operational together with our Development teams and their leadership, enabling NEVS to reach our short-term and long-term objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Team up with our Software Teams and collaborate on best practice, technology, ways of working and development directions.
- Analyze our needs, requirements and demands for NEVS IT to ensure our progress in the current business plan in development, production and go-to-market.
- Defining and enabling technology stack(s) for the Software development, targeting NEVS technology areas, processes and agile work and external partnerships.
- Supporting development teams during application delivery processes.
- Defining migration strategies for legacy applications and platforms.
- Preparing/Sharing knowledge between all stakeholder departments.

 WHO YOU ARE

- Successfully completed studies with a University degree in Data Science, Systems Science or another relevant area.
- A strong technical background, including 10+ years of experience in designing and engineering scalable software.
- Expertise in designing and delivering scalable/large scale distributed systems
- Strong overall knowledge of software development, and the intersection between software and business.
- Cloud skills and hands-on experience with a focus on delivering software to the cloud.
- The operational mindset with an understanding of software in operations.
- A deep technical and hands-on understanding of web and backend technologies.
- Have experience with modern architectural styles (including micro services internal and external communication, observability, deployment strategies etc).
- Experience from the following areas can be an advantage: CI/CD set ups, Autosar, Configuration Management

Your team
You will work in a team with architects and systems engineers that together define how the vehicle functionality shall be designed to meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your focus will be on the Vehicle (aka Body) functionality, which includes functions for Passive Safety, Internal- and External Lightning, Seats, Closures, Compartment Control and Passenger Authentication. Traditional automotive functions but in a new context where we are exploring the functionality best suited for shared autonomous vehicles.

As we design and develop a lot of the software in-house, you will work closely together with the software design and implementation teams. You will have great opportunities to influence our future system architecture and solutions.

 

What you will do
- Set vehicle level requirements for Vehicle (Body) functions.
- Define the conceptual design of the functionality including allocation to mechatronic components.
- Create and maintain the formal logical design of the Body functionality of the vehicle. The Logical design describes the logical components responsibilities and interfaces.
- Set requirements for the logical components based on the design.
- Support design and implementation work on more detailed abstraction layers.
- Collaborate with SW developers and HW component engineers to ensure that there is a common understanding of the responsibilities and interfaces of the defined components.
- Ensure the consistency of the complete vehicle logical design over the lifetime of the product.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ways-of-working for related processes.

 

 We are looking for you who has:
- Experience of system engineering in the vehicle domain.
- Skilled in writing verifiable requirements.
- Experience from system design of software intense functionality in the automotive industry.
- Experience from SysML modelling, preferably in Enterprise Architect.

Your team
The Physical E/E Architecture Chapter is one of five competence teams inside the E/E Hardware Engineering Tribe. The overall responsibility of the Tribe is to secure NEVS present and future need for Hardware Competence & Technology, while building a great place to work. The responsibilities of the EE HW Engineering Tribe lies within the areas of Physical Electrical Architecture, EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems), Electronics & Electrical Energy Storage.

We work in a lean, agile organization where people with certain competences are either members of squads (smaller teams), and/or act in a supporting role to these squads. To be successful you need to have an open mind, be solution oriented, a team player and able to adapt to change.

 

What you will do
As a physical layer network engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining NEVS General Requirements for physical network development, and thus ensuring that NEVS products will meet the standards required by NEVS customers. The role includes actively following development of standards and legislation globally. You will be responsible for align the development rules and guidelines according to the maturity of the technical progress within your field of work. Such as assessment planning, roadmaps of development as it matures and being a part of our architecture team. You will use your knowledge and new findings continuously to develop and refine NEVS General Requirements in the field of Network Technologies.

You will also:
- Lead concept selection at vehicle architecture, systems and components level.
- Monitor NEVS internal test planning and review test results.
- Lead the development and maintenance of validation and verification methodologies and procedures.
- Support Engineers across the NEVS organization in applying Your General Requirements in System and component specifications.
- Support problem Root-causing and Resolution from an network perspective
- Evaluate the feasibility of development plans, technical proposals and product offerings.
- Establish and maintain internal and external personal networks.

 

Who you are
- Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Physics
- Application knowledge of electronic design considerations in the automotive domain
- Engineering experience from working in the car networks field minimum 5 years
- Experience from (Automotive) bus concepts. Ethernet, camera, lidar and radar bus communications systems such as SomeIP, Open Alliance, LVDS, GMSL, APIX etc is desirable. PCB, Electronics circuit design, component design & selection is also desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish is desirable

What you will do

What you will do
NEVS mission is to provide electric-powered and fully autonomous vehicles with a connected user interface, a mobility solution for smart and sustainable cities. The self-driving vehicle Sango is the centerpiece of the system.

You will work with SW design and development of Vehicle (aka Body) functionality, which includes functions for Passive Safety, Internal- and External Lightning, Seats, Closures, Compartment Control, Passenger Authentication as well as Vehicle Management functions. Traditional automotive functions but in a new context where we are exploring the functionality best suited for shared autonomous vehicles.

The main logic SW will execute on a Linux based platform, whereas the SW close to the IOs will execute on an Autosar Classic platform.

You will also work closely together with the System Engineers defining the functionality. You will have great opportunities to influence our future software architecture and solutions.

 

As a Software Developer you will also:

- Develop software architecture and software design for Vehicle functions.

You will be part of a team within the Electrical & Electronics Hardware Tribe focusing on developing future electrical solutions and architecture for the vehicle. The Tribe is divided in five Chapters, covering the fields of Physical Electrical Architecture, Electrical Distribution Systems, Electronics, Electrical Energy Storage and Electrical & Electronics Mechanical Design.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining NEVS guidelines for Electrical Architecture and Electronics and thus ensuring that NEVS products will meet the standards required by NEVS.
- You will support in creating roadmaps for Electrical architecture & Electronics development.
- Lead concept selection at vehicle electrical & electronics architecture-, system-, and component level.
- You will be responsible for alignment between teams, regarding the development regulations and guidelines, according to the maturity of the technical progress of the architecture.
- Support project teams in the work of the electrical integration, by giving input regarding the directions and maturity level for the Electrical Architecture and Electronics area.
- Support the development of redundancy concepts and ASIL de-compositions.
- Support Engineers across the NEVS organization in applying your General Requirements in Electrical architectural system and Electronics system.

 

WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed a Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Physics is desirable.
- Software and hardware knowledge of electronic design considerations in the automotive area
- Documented several years Engineering experience from working in the automotive Electrical/Electronics Architecture area
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills and team player characteristics.
- Flexibility in your way of working.
- Analytic mindset and a good understanding of “the bigger picture”.
- Curiosity and a positive attitude.

The Physical E/E Architecture Chapter is one of five competence teams inside the E/E Hardware Engineering Tribe.

The overall responsibility of the Tribe is to secure NEVS present and future need for E/E Hardware Competence & Technology within E/E Architecture, Electrical Distribution Systems, Electronics & Electrical Energy Storage. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining NEVS General Requirements for EMC, and thus ensuring that NEVS products will meet the standards required by NEVS customers.
- Produce requirements for the EMC area. This includes the requirements for automotive Ethernet physical layer, where NEVS needs more detailed standards than the general legislations within the field.
- Guide and train Engineers across our organization in understanding and applying EMC requirements in system and component specifications.
- Benchmark and follow the development of future trends, as well as participate in standardization workgroups and networks within the field of EMC.
- Lead the development and maintenance of EMC related validation and verification methodologies and procedures.
- Be responsible for setting up the attribute assessment planning, and follow-up and report progress.
- Monitor NEVS internal test planning and review test results.
- Support concept selection at vehicle architecture, by using a deep level of knowledge in system and component level.
- Responsible of feedback test result to suppliers
- Responsible to carry out Tech reviews of an EMC perspective.
- Lead problem Root-causing and Resolution from an EMC perspective
- Evaluate the feasibility of development plans, technical proposals and product offerings.

 

WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Physics
- Knowledgeable within the application knowledge of electronic design considerations in the automotive domain
- Passionate interest and engineering experience from working in the EMC field (design & testing), minimum 7 years
- Experience from hands on Electronics design (PCB, Electronics circuit design, component design & selection) is desirable
- Accustomed to write and speak in English
- Like to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are now looking for experienced system engineers, preferably with a controls background, that can support to bring our future integrated vehicle motion control platform to life. Integrated Vehicle Control is where the vehicles motion, both longitudinal and lateral, is integrated and controlled by one application software. Your role will be, together with a team, to define the functional requirements and the logical design for the complete motion control system. This includes the inhouse integrated vehicle control application as well as the drive-by-wire systems (steer-by wire, brake-by-wire and the e-motor). This system will be used in our future autonomous pods so a good understanding of AD is required.

To summarize you will work with:

- Stakeholder requirement analysis and use case definition
- System design for the complete motion control system and requirement definition
- Allocation of functional safety requirements to different subsystems
- Support definition and testing of the vehicle motion related attributes
- Supporting the inhouse vehicle motion control software development
- Issue management
- Collaboration with NEVS engineers and partners at different departments and locations

 

WHO YOU ARE

- More than 7 years of experiences from automotive (or similar) industry
- At least 5 years experience as system engineer in the field of vehicle motion control
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
- Knowledge in model-based development
- Experience with tools such as Matlab/Simulink
- Experience from tools such as Enterprise Architect, SystemWeaver, Polarion & Matlab/Simulink

You will be working closely both with inhouse developers as well as with our AD partner

We are now looking for a senior Software Development – Lead Application Manager 

 

YOUR TEAM
As part of the NEVS IT department, you will work cross-company with strategic, tactical and operational together with our Development teams and their leadership, enabling NEVS to reach our short-term and long-term objectives.

An important part in the work towards our vision is to provide vehicles that are autonomous, shared and electrified and acts as part of a mobility system. To achieve this our vehicles have to be Software defined, meaning that software are dominant components in our products and services.

We are looking for experienced Software Engineer/Developer who can define our vision and roadmap to ensure we can develop and deploy our next generation vehicle systems. This involves designing and maintaining our systems Engineering workbenches and platforms. You will also support and develop our Agile/Lean ways of working from backlogs to deployment in our DevOps oriented environment.

Integrated Vehicle Control is where the vehicles motion, both longitudinal and lateral, is integrated and controlled by one application software. Your role will be, together with a team, to define the functional requirements and the logical design for the complete motion control system. This includes the inhouse integrated vehicle control application as well as the drive-by-wire systems (steer-by wire, brake-by-wire and the e-motor). This system will be used in our future autonomous pods so a good understanding of AD is required.

To summarize you will work with:

- Stakeholder requirement analysis and use case definition
- System design for the complete motion control system and requirement definition
- Allocation of functional safety requirements to different subsystems
- Support definition and testing of the vehicle motion related attributes
- Supporting the inhouse vehicle motion control software development

WHO YOU ARE

- More than 7 years of experiences from automotive (or similar) industry

The EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) Chapter is one of five competence teams inside the E/E Hardware Engineering Tribe.

The overall responsibility of the Tribe is to secure NEVS present and future need for E/E Hardware Competence & Technology within E/E Architecture, Electrical Distribution Systems, Electronics & Electrical Energy Storage. You will be part of a creative and inspiring team that like to take on challenges and find new ways to work and improve. As part of the Chapter EDS, you will work from first sketch until production of wiring harness according to program/project request with focus of High Voltage area.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Have the responsibility for developing the EDS HV system including connection systems
- Have the responsibility to create Physical Schematics in Siemens Capital tool based upon the harness system design
- Have the responsibility for developing and maintain the EDS development process and tool-chain
- Have the responsible for developing and maintaining NEVS General Requirements for EDS-area, to meet the standards required by NEVS customers.
- Be part of the EDS team to develop, integrate and validate EDS system from concept phase to industrialization and implementation in production
- Have ability to lead cross functional design meetings with all Electrical Architecture and system owners incl suppliers
-  Be part of BOM creation for complete EDS team
- Have ability to lead technical communication with suppliers through the complete product development phase
- Support in material development and handling for prototype builds
- Be part of prototype builds
- Be part of validation and verification against requirements
- Support functional safety engineers in the analysis of the HARA and breakdown of safety goals to safety concept and technical safety requirement.

WHO YOU ARE

- Successfully completed studies in Master´s degree within Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent  
- Passionate interest in new technologies and concepts with focus of autonomous vehicle
- Experience of using Siemens Capital tool in design work
- Experience of EDS development and processes within automotive domain
- Knowledgeable of electrical connections systems
- Knowledgeable of Electrical Safety based upon HV system
- Knowledgeable within Agile WoW
- Accustomed to write and speak in English
- Like to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Can legally drive vehicle in Sweden

We are now looking for a Functional Safety Lead Test Engineer 
We are now looking for a Functional Safety Lead Test Engineer, who will create functional test plans and test cases within the functional safety area, for our vehicle solutions and together with our inhouse Software teams and E/E HW development, follow up and develop further on the test performance results.

You will be part of the Chapter EE/SW Integration & Testing which is one of four competence areas within the Vehicle Testing & Prototyping Tribe. Our focus is to validate our functions and systems. You will also be a part of the functional safety development team, where you will give input and reviews of requirement.

You will work in cross functional teams and address the work from a functional safety test point of view and having responsibility for leading the work towards manual/automated testing in complete rig and vehicle environments. 

We will ensure that you will have opportunities to grow and take on new challenges!   

The role involves:

- Define test methods and test set up
- Create testcases in system weaver and develop a test plan for your activities
- Preform tests and validation in rigs and test vehicles in complete electrical system
- Work towards automated testing in complete rig environment.
- You will be a part of the functional safety team, representing test department.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor of Science or higher degree or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years of experiences from automotive E/E SW test and verification
- Experience within the FuSa area, working with safety goals.
- Good knowledge in system weaver
- Skills in CAPL scripting, using vector tools
- Experience of risk assessment
- Ability to share her or his expertise to colleagues
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Driver license for vehicle

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Have responsibility to develop, integrate and validate thermal system within Traction Battery Box from concept phase to industrialization and implementation in production
- Have responsibility to define & follow up requirements against complete vehicle thermal system
- Have responsibility to lead and perform the design work within Siemens NX
- Be part of mechanical integration work to secure interfaces and packaging
- Be part of CFD simulations work, perform analysis of result and take needed design actions
- Be part of BOM creation for complete traction battery box Establish and improve technical product specifications for thermal system within traction battery box
- Have ability to lead technical communication with suppliers through the complete product development phase
- Support in material development and handling for prototype builds
- Be part of prototype builds
- Be part of validation and verification against requirements
- Work together with vehicle thermal system team interpreting and using analysis results to optimize the systems performance
- Support Mechanical design work for specific components needs in both plastic & metal 

WHO YOU ARE

- Successfully completed studies in minimum bachelor’s degree within Mechanical Electrical Engineering /Thermal Engineering
- Passionate interest in new technologies and concepts
- Experience within traction battery box design and thermal system design
- Knowledgeable within mechanical design in the automotive domain

The Chapter Hardware Integration and Testing is a one of four chapters within the Tribe Vehicle Testing and Prototyping.

Our work area covers most parts of the vehicle development, from end customer usage of the complete product to the smallest parts that need testing or verification support, including homologation testing. You will be part of a creative and inspiring team that like to take on challenges and find new ways to work and improve.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan, perform, analyze and report chassis/durability testing, both internally and at external test tracks or sites
- Operate and maintain lab and measurement equipment
- Lead problem root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Lead the development and maintenance of validation and verification methodologies and procedures
- Benchmark and follow the development of future trends, as well as participate in standardization workgroups and networks 

WHO YOU ARE

- Successfully completed bachelor’s degree within relevant area Engineering experience from working in the durability test area, minimum 10 years
- Well versed in RPC software and durability signal modulation
- Good analytical skills

You will be part of a team which focus is to develop state of the art Body structures and Closure systems for our vehicles. We need your competence to develop our next generation front and rear closures from concept phase to industrialization.

We are searching for a CAD front and rear closures Systems Engineer with a broad competence background. You will have great opportunities to influence our future solutions and we will ensure that you will have opportunities to grow and take on new challenges!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Be the responsible system design leader for front and rear closures (including charging lid) from concept phase to industrialization and implementation in production
- Benchmark latest front and rear closure systems available in the market
- Develop different front and rear closure system concepts (including charging lid) and go through concept selection process
- Create sections and establish interfaces with surrounding system based on chosen concept
- Make detailed design for complete front and rear closure systems using advance knowledge of innovative materials with appropriate joining methods and manufacturing processes to be able to achieve high closing performances on both system and vehicle level
- Consider limitations imposed by regulations, quality, safety, weight and cost
- Work together with CAE team interpreting and using analysis results to optimize the systems performance
- Be the responsible contact person towards suppliers
- Work together with manufacturing to ensure that the front and rear closure system geometry and feasibility requirements are fulfilled
- Propose and support tests to prove out the front and rear closure systems design and the function

WHO YOU ARE

- Successfully completed Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in front and rear closure systems
- Very good experience of CAD modelling and 3D PMI in NX
- Experienced in Teamcenter
- Skilled in coaching, leading and inspiring others
- Have good communication skill in English (both verbally and written)
- Have analytical problem-solving ability
- Self-driven
- Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Flexible and accept changes as a natural part of the development
- Experience from working in agile organization is meritorious
