We are now looking for a Business Program Leader!
Description
You will be part of the Engineering Service Operations organization with several specialties e.g. quality and operational development, agile coaching and planning management.
The organization is responsible for develop tools and processes, educate and support the organization to work in the most efficient way, by looking beyond the regular methods and involving all stakeholders.
Recently a transformation to agile way of working is made and it is of high importance to understand and adopt this methodology.
We are looking for a Business Program Leader that can work with several projects, of different types and magnitude, as well as be a valuable support for Business Development, Vehicle Development and other areas within the company why a broad knowledge of development processes and the interactions in between the areas are necessary.
The Business Program Leader together with the project team will strive for the quality, lead-time and finance targets to be achieved. In order to do that you have to be able to act both as a mentor for every areas involved but also to be analytic and capable summarizing the projects status and to highlight potential roadblocks.
You will work together with all business areas, line and projects, within the company and with external stakeholders and customers.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of project management and planning
- Experience of planning and change management
- Experience of planning, project management and support tools
- Automotive Industry experience, preferably from Vehicle Development
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree or equivalent work experience
To be successful in the role you need to:
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Be effective and organized
- Have the ability to plan and prioritize
- Have good social skills, be creative, solution oriented and open minded
- Be able to take initiatives for a good progress of the projects
