Om uppdraget
Du blir en del av ett härligt team med konstruktörer där du ansvarar för att ta fram manualer för våra standardprodukter avsedda för operatörer och underhållspersonal inom industrin, i uppdraget ingår även att ta fram manualer till de projektspecifika gripdon vi tar fram nästan varje vecka.

I nära samarbete med marknadsavdelningen kommer du även ta fram produktblad samt text- och bildmaterial till hemsidan.

Vem söker vi?
Vi söker Dig som vill arbeta med stimulerande och varierande arbetsuppgifter i ett expansivt företag?med internationell inriktning!

Du är tekniskt intresserad och är väl förtrogen med både engelska och svenska i tal och skrift, du har även goda kunskaper i att skapa både text- och bildbaserad dokumentation. Vi söker dig med erfarenhet från liknade tjänst med goda kunskaper i att framställa bilder till manualer och produktblad. Det är extra viktigt att du har en god förmåga att få tekniska beskrivningar begriplig för många olika målgrupper.

I denna roll kommer du att ha frekvent kontakt med kollegor och kunder i olika delar av världen, vilket kräver att du kommunikativ och har en förmåga att skapa goda långsiktiga relationer. För att lyckas i rollen

- Har arbetat med liknande tjänst i minst fem år och då gärna i internationell miljö
- Har du en relevant teknisk utbildning
- Är det meriterande om du har arbetat med XML-baserad information i någon form av CMS-system

We are now looking for Certification Engineers!



Description

The Certification Engineers are incorporated within Quality & Environment department, which is a support, function reporting to the COO. Our overall responsibility is to ensure an efficient and effective utilization of our resources by supporting functional activities taking place in both Sweden and China. The QE-dept. contains of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management & Assurance, and Environmental Management. As a certification engineer you will lead the work related to homologation. The work is done in cooperation with other functions.

Practical experiences and theoretical knowledge together with social skills is important in this role. We are transforming into a more agile way of working with empowered self-organizing teams, quick learning and implementation is a key to succeed. Thus, you need to be a good team player.

The organization “’Homologation team” is responsible for supporting the?NEVS?product development organization with actual and relevant international regulatory information and for performing activities within the scope of vehicle Type Approval and Certification.??

This role also involves:

- Responsible for management of legal areas as agreed in the Team. Monitor Authority and Organizations development to keep legal database updated with latest information.
- Responsible to keep legal plan updated within work areas.
- Responsible to compile technical information and write applications for Certification and Type Approval.
- Perform or Support of Worst case discussions prior to Certification.
- Support of Certification in place and to support / cooperate with Authority.
- Interpretation of legislation within legal area to support development organization, when needed in cooperation with Authority.
- Support Engineering Change Management by answering change orders within area of responsibility. Inform design departments and project of valid legislation, upcoming changes and other relevant matters within work field.
- Support development in creation of Statement of Requirements for products.
- Support management of NEVS (RA) process to ensure that product meets legal and conformity requirements, if needed propose adjustments to meet requirement.
- Responsible for NEVS standards in work field.

We are looking for someone who has:

- BSc engineering, legal studies, or equivalent experience similar role in product development within the automotive industry minimum 5 years? 
- Specialist certification process (Homologation)
- Experience from automotive legislation work and certification testing, product development, requirement management, regulatory interpretations and/or qualification testing. (Experience from Legal Development Work or Product Liability case support is a merit).
- Language: Swedish and English (Chinese is a merit)
- Pedagogic and communications skills? 
- Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Excel, Excel Macro (Visual Basic), SharePoint
- Driver License (at least for M1) Required

To be successful in the role, you need to:

- Analytical? 
- Holistic view and deep knowledge with in relevant legal requirements? 
- Ability to prioritize, understand, summarize and communicate legislation and regulatory information, of various technical content? 
- Structured and good planning skills??

We are now looking for Management System Developer!

  Description

The Management System Developer, is incorporated within Quality & Environment department. Our overall responsibility is to ensure an efficient and effective utilization of our resources by supporting functional activities taking place in both Sweden and China. The QE-dept. contains quality management and assurance, environmental management and regulatory affairs. We work with both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Management System Developer you will lead the work related to our Management System. The work is done in cooperation with other quality departments within NEVS, to support the site activities. Further you will lead and coordinate the ISO-certification activities, educate & train as well as audit the organization. Practical experiences and theoretical knowledge together with social skills is important in this role.

We are transforming into a more agile way of working with empowered self-organizing teams, quick learning and implementation is as a key to succeed. Thus you need to be a good team player.

 The position is temporary until March 2020.

This role also involves:

- Ensure that NEVS will succeed and maintain ISO-certificate and accreditation of test methods.
- Integrate, further develop and maintain or Management System.
- Secure that NEVS is compliant to applicable standards.
- Support cross functional teams to execute quality system activities.
- Support investigations and resolving system non-conformances.
- Administer and give support related to the software platform used for our Management System.
- Translate requirements into a user friendly procedures (process maps and routine descriptions) when required.
- Support process owners and authors of routines as well as facilitate activities around Management Reviews and follow up.

 We are looking for someone who has:

- Good knowledge in ISO-standards (ISO-9001, 14001, 17025, 27001, IATF-16949)
- Skilled in English written and verbal
- Skilled in MS Office tools & SharePoint (other document control system)
