Om rollen Som Product Strategy & Development Director ingår du i ledningsgruppen för Business Group Absolent och ansvarar för att driva den strategiska produktutvecklingen och innovationsagendan i linje med koncernens övergripande mål. Du leder forskning och utveckling, produktledning samt teknisk support och säkerställer att våra produkter är kundcentrerade, konkurrenskraftiga och balanserar kostnad och värde på bästa sätt. Du analyserar marknaden, jämför teknologiska alternativ och håller dig ständigt uppdaterad om nya trender och innovationer som skapar konkurrensfördelar.
Du arbetar nära försäljning för att driva marknadsanpassad utveckling och arbetar med vår R&D för att leverera tekniska lösningar som stödjer affärsstrategin. Genom att bygga och vårda starka relationer med leverantörer, kunder och interna funktioner främjar du samarbete, driver operativ excellens och möjliggör hållbar produktutveckling. Du bistår gruppen i att vidareutveckla det globala innovationscentret som är placerat ihop med Absolent och som levererar projekt till hela industridivisionen. Du rapporterar till VD.
Din profil Vi söker dig som har en masterexamen inom teknik, produktutveckling eller motsvarande område. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda produktutveckling, forskning och produktstrategi i en internationell industriell miljö och har arbetat nära försäljning och marknad vid kommersialisering. Du har erfarenhet av att leda chefer och specialistteam och är van vid att samarbeta med globala utvecklingscenter.

Rollen som verksamhetsutvecklare
Vi söker nu en ny kollega som ska hjälpa oss att driva och utveckla verksamheten vidare. I tjänsten ingår bland annat personalansvar, ansvara för värdskap och bemanning samt utveckling av programverksamheten för såväl skolor som allmänhetsbesökare.
I arbetet som verksamhetsutvecklare får du koordinera och samverka med en mängd olika kompetenser: Pedagoger, utställningsutvecklare, tekniker och många fler. Du behöver vara nyfiken på människor för att bidra till utveckling av såväl verksamhet som medarbetare, och i det kunna hantera såväl formell personalledning som mer informellt verksamhetsövergripande teamarbete. Du kommer att ingå i företagets ledningsgrupp.

Description

The role includes two aspects, as Director Mobility Architecture in the legal organization and as Solution Architect in the Solution Management Team that leads our PONS Mobility Ecosystem* development using the SAFe framework.

In your legal role you will be heading our mobility architecture team. Your overall responsibility is to organize and develop the team and NEVS internal competence within the field of cloud-based software architecture for mobility services.

In your role as Solution Architect within our Safe organization, you will be responsible for maintaining the architectural runway and defining and communicating a shared architectural vision, roadmap and design principles, to align the technological approaches across the complete SAFe organization.

You will be part of the Solution Management Team that leads the development of our autonomous vehicles and mobility services.

*Pons Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem = A self-driving vehicle fleet operating within a city, being smart and proactive with the aim to offer excellent, on-demand, sustainable mobility services to its citizens.


We are looking for someone who has:

- 10+ years of experience in automotive industry and/or other mobility sectors, experience in AD or vehicle connectivity is a plus.
- Several years’ experience in a similar or equivalent role within an international technology/innovation intensive environment.
- Extensive knowledge of how to architect and deploy cloud-based applications and technologies.
- a holistic view and knowledge of multiple interfaces, components, attributes and systems.

 

To be successful in this role, you need to be:

- A team player with excellent understanding of how to keep teams, stakeholders, and leadership aligned
- Focused and inspirational, an excellent communicator within all levels of organization's and show credibility with senior executives
- Result and solution driven with a can-do attitude

You will be part of the Software Tribe, which in total contains five Chapters. Our aim is to develop embedded software solutions that support our vision to shape mobility for a more sustainable future. Previous experience from work with simulation strategies, development of environments and performing of different type of simulations is an advantage.

We are an agile organisation, where trust, team work, knowledge sharing, collective intelligence and empowered self-organising teams is a key to success. Thus, you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful. NEVS strongly believes in servant leadership and the expectations on a Deputy Chapter Leader are no less than to be a role model.



The role also involves:

- Build up the competence area for SW/Control Systems Simulation concerning resources and capabilities

Description

We need to strengthen our leadership within the SW/Control Systems Test & Simulation Chapter with a Deputy Chapter Leader for SW/Control Systems Simulation.

The Deputy Chapter Leader role is part of the line organization at NEVS with the task to develop the assigned competence area. The role includes securing needed processes, methods and plans to support NEVS long term strategies for Products and Services.

You will be part of the Software Tribe, which in total contains five Chapters. Our aim is to develop embedded software solutions that support our vision to shape mobility for a more sustainable future. Previous experience from work with simulation strategies, development of environments and performing of different type of simulations is an advantage.

- Experience from developing complex structures primarily in steel. Design Experience from aluminium and plastic is considered beneficial.
- Experience from Technical development where attributes such as Safety, NVH and Durability are taken into account.

Your role

In the role as Tribe Leader within Engineering and Product Development, you will be the internal and external spokesperson for the tribe, which includes maintaining an international network with strategic suppliers, partners and other stakeholders. You will inspire and coach the complete tribe with the company vision and strategy to the extent applicable to the tribe. You will also be responsible for the Tribe’s working environment, people management and development, as well as financial forecast and follow up of the costs.

You will be a part of the Engineering Management Team and report to our Vice President for Engineering & Product Development. Your team is working in Sweden, but there will also be collaboration with colleagues in different parts of China and Europe.

 

Your assignment involves:

- Building up and having the legal responsibility for E/E Hardware Engineering
- Responsibility to achieve external partnerships

- Creating the Tribe roadmap, enabling your team to work transparent
