Om rollen Som Product Strategy & Development Director ingår du i ledningsgruppen för Business Group Absolent och ansvarar för att driva den strategiska produktutvecklingen och innovationsagendan i linje med koncernens övergripande mål. Du leder forskning och utveckling, produktledning samt teknisk support och säkerställer att våra produkter är kundcentrerade, konkurrenskraftiga och balanserar kostnad och värde på bästa sätt. Du analyserar marknaden, jämför teknologiska alternativ och håller dig ständigt uppdaterad om nya trender och innovationer som skapar konkurrensfördelar.
Du arbetar nära försäljning för att driva marknadsanpassad utveckling och arbetar med vår R&D för att leverera tekniska lösningar som stödjer affärsstrategin. Genom att bygga och vårda starka relationer med leverantörer, kunder och interna funktioner främjar du samarbete, driver operativ excellens och möjliggör hållbar produktutveckling. Du bistår gruppen i att vidareutveckla det globala innovationscentret som är placerat ihop med Absolent och som levererar projekt till hela industridivisionen. Du rapporterar till VD.
Din profil Vi söker dig som har en masterexamen inom teknik, produktutveckling eller motsvarande område. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda produktutveckling, forskning och produktstrategi i en internationell industriell miljö och har arbetat nära försäljning och marknad vid kommersialisering. Du har erfarenhet av att leda chefer och specialistteam och är van vid att samarbeta med globala utvecklingscenter.
Som person är du strategisk och resultatorienterad med förmåga att kombinera långsiktiga mål med tydlig riktning. Du är kommunikativ och relationsskapande, inspirerar och engagerar både interna team och externa partners. Du har ett agilt och nyfiket mindset, är trygg i ditt ledarskap och motiveras av att skapa hållbara lösningar som gör skillnad. Om rollen


Affärsområde Mätning levererar kompletta tjänster inom el-mätning, från mätvärdsinsamling till installation och underhåll av mätare samt mätsystem. Vi är även ackrediterade för kontroll av mätare. Våra kunder finns inom industri, vindkraft och elnät. Vi är verksamma i hela Sverige. Nu söker vi en avdelningschef till vår avdelning, Mätservice Syd. Avdelningen består av ca 20 medarbetare i främst Västra Götaland och Halland men även i sydöstra Sverige. Läs gärna mer om oss på vår hemsida
Avdelningen jobbar främst med felavhjälpning, underhåll och projekt. Som avdelningschef kommer du att leda den dagliga verksamheten i en avdelning som består av projektledare, underhålls ledare och tekniker. Den geografiska spridningen ställer krav på ett ledarskap som tydligt och synligt når fram till samtliga medarbetare där de flesta arbetar i fält. Utöver den egna avdelningen så ingår du även i ledningsgruppen för affärsområdet Mätning. Vi erbjuder ett utmanande och varierande arbete i en organisation som präglas av stark särkhetskultur, affärsmässighet, kreativitet och samarbete.

Vi söker FoU chef till NU-sjukvården
Vår nuvarande FoU chef går i pension och vi söker nu hans ersättare.

FoU verksamheten inom NU-sjukvården är en viktig verksamhet för att hålla hög klinisk kvalitét, och vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare. Årligen disputerar 4 - 6 av våra medarbetare. Den akademiska miljön består av 6 professorer och lika många docenter i olika specialiteter, tillsammans med ett fyrtiotal disputerade medarbetare och ett trettiotal doktorander. I det akademiska uppdraget ingår också att delta i utbildningen av cirka 2 000 elever och studenter inom många olika professioner.

Uppdraget som FoU-chef
Som Forsknings- och utvecklingschef är du enhetschef för verksamheten på FoU-enheten. Du leder i nuläget 7 medarbetare som har del av sin anställning på enheten, samt ett antal personer kopplade till enheten. Du ansvarar för ekonomi och uppföljning av resultat. Som FoU chef är du en del av ledningsgruppen för Forskning, Utveckling, Utbildning och Innovation (FoUUI) som leds av sjukhusdirektören. Din uppgift är att tillsammans med medarbetarna utveckla forskning och utveckling inom NU-sjukvården. Du förväntas stimulera och utveckla forskningsverksamheten, arbeta aktivt för att skapa synergieffekter inom det akademiska uppdraget i samarbete med sjukhusets kliniska verksamheter och områden. Viktigt samarbete sker också med Göteborgs universitet och Högskolan Väst. Av särskild betydelse är att utveckla universitetssjukvårdsenheter så en större andel av NU-sjukvårdens specialiteter omfattas av uppdraget.

Kvalifikationer

Din profil
Du har en adekvat akademisk högskolebakgrund och har erfarenhet av kliniskt arbete inom hälso- och sjukvård. Du är forskarutbildad inom lämpligt område och är aktiv som forskare. Det är meriterande om du är legitimerad läkare. Du har erfarenhet av att leda arbete med forskning och innovation på en övergripande nivå, och har ett stort intresse för frågor som rör alla områden inom FoU-enhetens verksamhet. Vi förutsätter att du har erkänt goda ledaregenskaper och erfarenhet av att leda i komplexa sammanhang. Du förväntas kunna stimulera och entusiasmera, i interna och externa sammanhang, kring frågor som rör forskning, utveckling och innovation. Som person har du lätt för att samarbeta och att skapa goda och långvariga relationer. Kommunikation är en av dina starka sidor och du arbetar lösningsfokuserat för att nå uppsatta mål. Du har helhetssyn och förväntas att leda med transparens och vilja att skapa likvärdiga möjligheter för forskningsaktiva medarbetare på sjukhuset. Previous experience from work with simulation strategies, development of environments and performing of different type of simulations is an advantage.

In your legal role you will be heading our mobility architecture team. Your overall responsibility is to organize and develop the team and NEVS internal competence within the field of cloud-based software architecture for mobility services.

Previous experience from work with test coordination, SW test strategies, development of test environments and testing of embedded software is an advantage.

You will be part of the Mobility Design Tribe which today in total contains three Chapters, Mobility Design, Connected Mobility and UI/UX and Attributes. Our responsibility is to guide the design with a user centric view on attributes and solutions. The UI/UX and Attribute team is a growing team working with UI/UX as well as the Attributes that are partly distributed in the engineering organization. We are working with hardware, digital interface and services to support our vision to shape mobility for a more sustainable future. Previous experience from working with attributes and complete product requirements and validation and/or UI/UX is appreciated.

We are now looking for a Senior Director (Tribe Leader) E/E Hardware Engineering!
 

Your role

In the role as Tribe Leader within Engineering and Product Development, you will be the internal and external spokesperson for the tribe, which includes maintaining an international network with strategic suppliers, partners and other stakeholders. You will inspire and coach the complete tribe with the company vision and strategy to the extent applicable to the tribe. You will also be responsible for the Tribe’s working environment, people management and development, as well as financial forecast and follow up of the costs.

You will be a part of the Engineering Management Team and report to our Vice President for Engineering & Product Development. Your team is working in Sweden, but there will also be collaboration with colleagues in different parts of China and Europe.

 

Your assignment involves:

- Building up and having the legal responsibility for E/E Hardware Engineering
- Responsibility to achieve external partnerships
- Leading people working in your team
- Creating the Tribe roadmap, enabling your team to work transparent

 

We are looking for someone who has:

- Relevant experience within the field
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience from Agile Way of Working
- University degree
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
